2. Class Bookings
Bookings may be made online or in person. By booking a class, you agree to:
•    Arrive on time
•    Follow club safety rules and instructor guidance
•    Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation
 

3. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in advance or as agreed. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
 

4. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide a safe training environment, participation is at your own risk. Evolution Martial Arts is not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence.
 

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (images, logos, text) is the property of Evolution Martial Arts. Do not copy or distribute without written permission.
 

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies agreement with the latest version.
